In the app
- Open KOPPD and go to the Profile tab.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
- If the app asks you to log in again first, sign in with a new code and repeat step 2.
Your account is deleted straight away.
Without the app
Email support@koppd.shop from the address you use for KOPPD, with the subject Delete my account. We'll confirm it's you and delete the account within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your account and email address
- Your name, location and shopping centre
- Saved deals, deal ratings and reviews
- Notification settings, device tokens for push notifications and your activity feed
What we keep
Records of which deals were viewed are removed automatically within 90 days. Totals that businesses see, such as how many people viewed or rated a deal, don't identify you and stay. We keep anything else only where the law requires it.
